Every educator is a valuable contributor and brings diverse social, cultural, and linguistic perspectives. They collaborate with others to create engaging environments and experiences to foster children’s learning and development. Educators are lifelong learners. They take responsibility for their own learning and make decisions about ways to integrate knowledge from theory, research, their own experience, and their understanding of the individual children and families they work with.

Registered Early
Childhood Educator
Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs) works with young children and their families – birth through third grade. RECEs are members of the Professional Association College Of Early Childhood Educators. The RECE Professional Association is a organization that helps to serve and protect children and families by setting registration requirements and ethical and professional standards for Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs).
Early Childhood Education Apprentice
Early Childhood Education (ECE) Apprentices are trained Educators that receive ongoing mentorship as they pursue their ECE Diploma/Degree. These highly skilled Educators have the opportunity to gain extensive, related work experience while pursuing their Diploma or Degree.

Assistant
Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Assistants work together with other Educators to help young children learn during their time in Child Care. These Educators have complementary skills that create a learning environment to support the unique needs of each child.

Supply Staff
Early Childhood Education Supply Staff play a critical role in Child Care. Supply staff have the opportunity to work in each classroom and cover vacation time and days off for other Educators. They prepare and facilitate activities while following through on instructions from RECE, Apprentices and Assistants.
Office Administrators
The Office Administrators provide support to all families, including the registration process, tuition invoicing and co-ordination of extra activities such as Playball and Yoga (see FAQ). As well this team provides administrative support to all Educators. We are always here to take your phone call or email and chat about daily events at the Centre.
Director / Owner
Our Director/Owner works year round managing school operations and day-to-day Centre activities. She oversee Educators and curriculum and provides children with a safe and productive environment to learn and play!
